At the appointed time, we'll meet at Vico de Argenteris 16A, where we'll begin this tour by tuk tuk. Ready? Let's go!
We'll start by passing by the main attractions in Lecce, such as Porta Napoli, the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Theatre, the Amphitheatre, and the Duomo Square, until we reach the heart of the city.
We'll enter a traditional bakery, where we'll discover how Salento delicacies such as puccia or frisa are made, and then we'll visit a wine cellar where we'll taste some of the characteristic wines of the Apulia region.
Next, we'll go to an artisan pastry shop, where we'll have the opportunity to taste the pasticcioto leccese, a pastry filled with cream. A real treat!
To finish on a high note, we'll head to a local café, where we'll say goodbye with an Italian espresso, 3 hours later.
