At the indicated time, we'll meet at Vico de Argenteris 16A, and start our culinary adventure. Ready to pedal? Let's go!
Time to cycle! Firstly, we'll pass by the main attractions in Lecce, such as Porta Napoli, the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Theatre, the Amphitheatre and the Duomo Square, until we reach the heart of the city.
The tour of the area's best flavours will start at a traditional bakery, where we'll discover how Salento delicacies such as puccia or frisa are made, and then we'll visit a wine cellar where we'll taste some of the characteristic wines of the Apulia region.
Next, we'll go to an artisan pastry shop, where we'll have the opportunity to taste the pasticcioto leccese, a pastry filled with cream. Its soft and crunchy dough also creates a unique experience for the senses—a real treat!
To finish on a high note, we'll head to a local café, where we'll say goodbye with an Italian espresso, 3 hours later.
